Long-Term Care Workforce Data Review and Outlook

In this webinar, we will explore workforce data sources and information that may provide some insight to your organizational strategic planning, even though life is very unpredictable right now. We will review data that can help you forecast the demand for services over the next five years, anticipate changes to the employment pool for direct care staff, and plan for wage growth. This data-driven presentation is relevant to all long-term care providers and is intended to stimulate out-of-the-box thinking as you plan for the next five to ten years of service in long-term care. The goal of this session is to provide you practical information and data sets that you can have at your fingertips for planning sessions with your board, executive team, staff, and stakeholders
