The election of the association’s Officers, At-Large Board members, Governance Committee members and approval of bylaw changes will occur on June 30th, beginning at 10:00 am during our Annual Business Meeting, to be convened using a virtual platform.   An email will be sent out to the membership with the virtual platform registration/log in information as well as the agenda.

Please review the attached proposed bylaw amendments and the slate of candidates for election to the various open positions in advance of the Business Meeting.  Should you have any questions, please contact the LeadingAge office.
