Rose Villa, an independent, non-profit senior living community, is seeking a self-motivated, dynamic and customer-service-focused individual to join our sales and marketing team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to introduce, educate and promote the benefits of a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), or Life Plan Community, to prospective residents and their families. This fast-paced, exciting role is pivotal to Rose Villa’s success as we embark on a $50 million-dollar redevelopment project which includes adding 39 new independent living homes to our community and construction of a state-of-the-art 24-hour nursing services facility, anticipated to be complete in 2022.

Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree and at least four years of prior sales related experience, preferably in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) or Life Plan Community.

What You Will Do: You will work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to promote and introduce prospective residents, their families and visitors to all aspects of life at Rose Villa. You will assist prospects through the process of becoming residents by responding to questions, providing information, conducting tours and resolving concerns. You will assume ownership of and manage the sales database (MatrixCare).

Specific Skills:
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, closing practices and overcoming objections.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to develop, nurture and maintain effective working relationships with diverse audiences (both internal and external) verbally over the phone, in person and in writing.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, including demonstrated email management skills and advanced proficiency with a CRM/database software, preferably MatrixCare.
• Ability to type 45+ words per minute.
• Confidence and clarity when speaking over the phone.
• Highly-organized, detail-oriented person who enjoys working with seniors in a rapid paced role.
• Ability to travel to and set up events and activities and tour prospects around our 22-acre campus.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed for special events.
• Ability to drive a 4 and 6 passenger surrey (golf cart).

This is a full-time exempt position. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience plus a bonus structure based on home sales.
