We are looking for full time, On Call and Part Time RN, LPN and Medication Techs to join our diverse community at Assisted Living serving our residents and amazing team of nurses who are passionate and dedicated. The Registered Nurse and LPN will assist our clients with providing clinical nursing services, health monitoring , assessments, care coordination and medication management for Healthy Aging and Wellness Program clients and residents in our Assisted Living ; provides Registered Nurse (RN) delegation for residents as needed; ensures regulatory compliance related to general health monitoring and skilled nursing services for all Health Aging and Wellness Programs.
