We are currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for $37/hr or Registered Nurse (RN) for 46/hr to support our Adult Day Health Care programs. You will have a positive impact on our participants in a relaxed environment, and our shifts run Monday-Friday, leaving your evening and weekends free!

As one of our LPN’s or RN’s, you will:

· Address and document client health care needs and changes in condition through assessments, treatments, and interventions to meet WAC guidelines and Full Life Care policies.

· Communicate client health information and care needs to team members, caregivers, and providers.

· Provide health care expertise during team discussions and care planning.

· Promote client independence by establishing person-centered goals and provide health education to client and caregiver.

· Monitor and document client progress toward service goals and adjust services as needed.

· Maintain safe and clean environment and apply universal precautions and other measure to prevent the spread of illness.

· Maintain client confidentiality per HIPPA requirements.

· Maintain and order health care supplies as needed.

· Support CAPABLE partnership between Aging and Disability Services and Full Life Care (RN only).

· Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will need to succeed!

· Must be licensed in Washington state as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse and have one or more years of experience in a health or social services setting.

· Be a graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program.

· Must have valid CPR certification and complete the HIV/AIDS information course.

· Have knowledge of DSHS regulations.

· Possess superb interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external constituents.

· Employees are required to receive an annual influenza vaccine unless granted a medical or religious exemption.
