Resident Care Manager (RCM)

The Resident Care Manager (RCM) has 24-hour responsibility for assigned care unit to include all resident care services and 24-hour staffing coverage. The RCM coordinates with interdisciplinary team and Director of Nursing to maintain effective teamwork to provide quality care. The hours for the RCM will primarily be on the day shift, with flexibility so as to meet varied floor needs.

Required Education/Training/Experience or Special Skills:
The successful candidate has a current State of Washington RN License (preferred) or LPN License with good standing and a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a long-term care facility. Supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and good computer skills are required including the ability to effectively utilize basic software and email. Candidates must be able to successfully manage and supervise staff.
