Schedule/Hours/Salary:
• Full time, variable shifts
• Part time Saturday evening shift (2:30pm-11:00pm)
• On Call filling in for a variety of days and shifts
• Wage is competitive and commensurate with experience
• $2400 hiring bonus for schedules with 2+ shifts per week; bonuses are paid out in three installments throughout the first year of employment

Requirements:
• Current unencumbered Oregon State licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Current BLS approved by AHA
• Ideal candidate will have prior experience with geriatric and dementia populations
• Preferred experience with EMR and PointClickCare
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Rose Villa Nurses provides compassionate, efficient, and evidenced-based care to the residents of Rose Villa’s Madrona Grove Supportive Living and the residents of the Independent Living community. Nursing care provided is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act, ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, and the ANA Code of Ethics. Rose Villa Nurses must exude an easy temperament with the ability to adapt to changing environments, have excellent work habits, be organized and a concise communicator. Nursing professionalism and caring attitude towards the residents of Rose Villa and their co-workers are required.

The responsibilities of this position include:
• Providing daily medications
• Accurately reporting changes and conducting assessments
• Helping to oversee certified nursing assistants
• Assessing and monitoring resident conditions as needed
• Participating in nurses’ meetings and in-services
