The Regional Resident Care Director is responsible for oversight of 3 Seattle communities. Assure compliance and care of those in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Units. May be asked to liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations, State surveyors and other health related service agencies. Supervise your Nurse managers at each community. Report directly to one Executive Director. Make recommendations to the 3 Executive Directors, with respect to resident care and staff management.
• Prefer four plus years’ nurse management experience providing residential care, with specialized dementia care programs
• RN License required
• Knowledge of Admission process
• Certifications as required by State and Federal regulations
• Knowledgeable in AL and MC survey process and regulations
• Self-Motivated, dedicated to resident care and appreciation of associates
Compliance – Know regulations and laws, continually learning and applying efficiencies.
