Rose Villa is seeking a full time Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to join our HR team!

The Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the recruitment and onboarding for all positions in the organization. This position has a high level of responsibility, autonomy, and is responsible for following recruitment and onboarding processes with an eye for process improvement. Who we need:
• A person who sees the big picture and all the complexities that come with hiring for a 24/7/365 healthcare operation.

Wage and benefits:
• Starting wage is $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
• This is a full-time exempt position.

Recruitment Specialist Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of related experience
• Experience in recruiting and onboarding practices
• Experience in using behavioral interviewing techniques
• Familiarity with recruiting hard to fill positions and building innovative recruitment strategies that cultivate candidate pipelines for current and future operational needs
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
• Must be able to complete certification for Qualified Entity Designee (QED) status with the State of Oregon Department of Human Services within 30 days of hire
• All Rose Villa employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with OAR 333-019-1010
