Take your nursing career to the next level at CHCC! Patient care managers here are leaders and role models in our organization who have an opportunity to coach and mentor nursing assistants and fellow nurses in their department.

As a patient care manager at CHCC, you’ll work closely with the director of nursing and assistant director of nursing to ensure care plans are properly implemented. You’ll help with admissions and discharge planning, and you’ll help ensure all policies and procedures are followed. Assisting with department planning, staff orientations, training and performance reviews are also duties fulfilled by the patient care manager.

People work in a team-focused, forward-thinking environment here – one where input is always valued and appreciated. A robust QAPI program is in place that ensures patient care remains at a high level and that our continuous improvement goals are met.

CHCC has been a valued resource in the Lynden community since 1956, and it has been a place where people have grown and advanced their health care career. There are many opportunities to continue learning within this organization, including employee-funded training and tuition reimbursement programs.

Qualifications
A WA State RN or LPN license is required. Two or more years’ experience in a long-term care setting is preferred, but we will train a nurse who has demonstrated leadership, passion, commitment and a heart for serving others. You must also be eligible to work in the United States and be able to pass a background test.

Job Benefits
When you choose CHCC as your employer, you will soon appreciate working for a mission-driven nonprofit. You’ll be a part of delivering patient-centered care in a teamwork setting.

You’ll be compensated for the work you do with a competitive salary and generous benefits including comprehensive insurance (medical, dental, short term/long term disability), paid vacation, holiday/sick time, and more.
