Marketing Director II – COVID Free Community!!

GenCare Lifestyle at Federal Way, is a newly renovated and luxurious Premier Senior Living Independent / Assisted Living / Memory Care Community. We are currently seeking to add a second Marketing Director to our team.

The Marketing Director manages the marketing and sales program within the community which includes meeting with prospective residents and their families, providing tours and working alongside families to ensure a safe and successful welcome to our community. The Marketing Director is also responsible for creating and maintaining a strong connection with the greater Federal Way community; building strong referral relationships with skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, medical clinics, local businesses, referral agents, and spiritual organizations among others. Ultimate performance measures for this position will be based on meeting occupancy and census goals established in the annual budget

JOB FUNCTION:

Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is sales and service-oriented in nature with 100% of time allocated to direct sales. The Marketing Director respectfully interacts with colleagues, residents, prospective residents, family members of prospective residents, and the general public. The Marketing Director maintains a positive customer service relationship practicing honesty and integrity in all aspects of job performance. In performance of duties, the Marketing Director is entrusted with but not limited to the following responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven Marketing/sales ability
• Excellent oral communication and writing skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• In depth knowledge of senior adults and their needs
• A sincere desire to be of service to senior adult residents and their families
• Courtesy and tact when dealing with potential residents and their family members and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Credibility, maturity and enthusiasm
• Ability to identify clients’ needs
• Minimum 2 years marketing experience required with assisted living, memory care experience also preferred
