The Hearthstone is an established continuing care retirement community located in Seattle’s vibrant Green Lake neighborhood. We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Director to provide vision and leadership for our sales team. This is a key leadership position in the organization with responsibility for strategic planning and vision that will enable the Director to reach or exceed sales goals for the Independent Living, Assisted Living and the Memory Care communities. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with supervisory experience. We also require two to three years sales experience in a senior living community.
