Rose Villa is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician II to join our team!

Who you are: A problem solver who loves getting an assignment and running with it. You have a solid mechanical aptitude, a calm demeanor, and great interpersonal skills.

What You’ll Do: The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for a wide variety of preventative and unscheduled maintenance in general building upkeep, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, aquatics, and HVAC systems. A typical day will include working all over Rose Villa’s beautiful 22-acre property, tackling a wide assortment of tasks, with regular interaction with residents and staff.

This position works four 10-hour days, followed by three days off in a row.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
