Wesley at Bradley Park is a brand new, 14 acre site and community at South Hill in Puyallup. A not-for-profit organization that provides care for older adults, Wesley is affiliated with the Pacific Northwest Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church and celebrates its diverse staff and resident community.

Wesley has an immediate need for a full time LPN to be responsible for coordinating the total care of a designated number of residents on their assigned unit and shift. The Nurse position is responsible for evaluating and supervising the Certified Nursing Assistants who perform direct nursing care of the residents while promoting harmonious relationships among residents, resident families and nursing personnel, and other health practitioners. The LPN keeps management appraised of problems occurring on the assigned unit while maintaining Wesley policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-year college degree in Nursing or related field; Licensure, Registration, Certification;Current LPN or RN license in Washington State; CPR Certification; knowledge of State and Federal regulations as they relate to long-term care facilities; Demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform clinical responsibilities; Outstanding communication skills with the ability to speak, interpret, and understand conversational English; Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook) and Electronic Health Records systems.

Maintain professional competency by independently attending continuing educational offerings; Previous Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
