Line Cook – Job Description/Essential Duties:

  • Central duties include maintaining an orderly line throughout service; keeping food and plates hot while serving attractive dishes in a timely fashion. Some dish cleaning and food prep included, along with other various duties assigned by managers.
    Proper sanitation standards knowledge required.

Required Education/Training/Experience or Special Skills:

  • Must be able to pass a DSHS background check and fingerprints.
    Must be able to work in the USA.
    Must have Washington State Food Handler’s Permit.
    Must be able to communicate in English (verbal & written)
    Previous experience required.

Full-Time and Part-Time Servers – Primary Responsibilities: Serving, bussing, setting and taking down dining tables. Other responsibilities include washing dishes, restocking snacks, keeping kitchen and dining up to cleaning and safety standards, and other tasks as directed by Manager.

Required Education/Training/Experience or Special Skills:

  • Good customer service skills required.
  • Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written) required.
  • Current Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain upon hire) required.
  • Previous experience as a server required.
  • Ability to pass DSHS and State background check required.
