Rose Villa is a growing non-profit senior living community located in SE Portland. Our mission is to support older adults to live the life of their own choosing. Avencia In Home Care by Rose Villa is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide top quality, personally tailored care and support to clients. Almost all clients live on Rose Villa’s 22-acre campus, which means that you will spend less time driving and more valuable time with clients!

Currently Seeking:
-Part time CNA or PCA for a 4-5 hour shift on Saturdays and 7:00am-12:00pm on Sundays
-On Call CNAs or PCAs to fill in on a variety of days and shifts

In addition to personal care, shifts may include companionship time with clients.

CNAs and PCAs must be able to work independently with good judgment and have a focus on supporting clients’ autonomy and choice. We expect excellence and in return provide a rewarding work environment.

Wage and Bonus Opportunities:
-Wage is dependent on experience
-Rose Villa will pay for your CNA class up front if you are actively working as a PCA for Avencia In Home Care!
-Rose Villa will reimburse you for all or part of your CNA class if you have received your certificate in the last 12 months.
-Weekend shift differential

Requirements:
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Ability to pass a criminal background check
-Current CPR certification
-Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
-At least one year of caregiving experience is preferred, especially for the night shift hours currently available. Either professional or personal caregiving experience is applicable.
-All Rose Villa employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with OAR 333-019-1010.
