This salaried position is responsible for all day-to-day HR operations including recruiting, employee relations and counseling, training, safety, and risk management. Also administers company compensation and benefit programs.

Requirements:

· A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.

· Minimum of five years experience in HR Management

· HR Generalist knowledge

· PHR or SPHR certification preferred

· Healthcare industry experience a plus
