HR Generalist

The HR Generalist provides ongoing assistance to the Human Resource Department in providing HR services to employees, management and prospective employees while complying with the Federal and State Employment Laws. The HR Generalist endeavors to establish harmonious relationships with Hearthstone employees, residents and the public.

Experience:
3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist role, has experience in the following:
• Building a supportive and inclusive culture;
• Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management Disciplines;
• Employee Recognition;
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing and decision-making skills;
• Researching information and analyzing data to make recommendations and plan of action;
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations relating to all HR/Employment functions.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
SHRM Certification
