LPN, or RN required. Oversee clinical services and ensure the provision and coordination of care for the residents in the assisted living area of our Community. This role will support the day to day resident care operations by providing pre-admission, admission and ongoing resident assessment, risk management assessments, coordinating and facilitating physician/practitioner services to residents and mentoring other clinical care team members, through oversight and training. Familiarity with the Point Click Care platform is helpful, but not required. Previous experience in an assisted living, or senior care environment is also preferred, but not required. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Assisted Living.
