Health Services Administrator

Parkshore is a lakefront retirement community located in Seattle’s picturesque Madison Park neighborhood. We are looking for our next Health Services Administrator to join our team! This role will be a vital part of our Assisted Living operations, and provide support and guidance to our incredible residents and staff. As a Transforming Age community, Parkshore is comprised of dedicated and caring people who have a strong desire to enrich the lives of older adults and our team members.

Our Health Services Administrator:

• Plans, develops, organizes, and directs Parkshore’s Quality Assurance performance improvement.
• Plans, modifies, and maintains the HIPAA Compliance Program as our Compliance Officer.;
• Interprets the facilities policies and procedures to team members, residents, their visitors and family, and government agencies.
• Assists with establishment and revision of clinical training program for nurse aides and other team members to meet state and company training requirements.
• Assists administrators and Director of Nursing in pre-screening potential residents of Parkshore.
• Reviews accidents, incidents, and makes recommendations for resident safety programs.
• Develops, maintains, inputs and transmits data to government entities as needed in accordance with state and federal requirements
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will need to succeed!

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or other related field
• A valid Washington State Nursing Home Administrator’s (NHA) license, in good standing.
• 5 or more years of experience in administering skilled nursing facilities.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in computer programs including the MS Office suite of products.
• Ability to effectively work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Experience in Senior living preferred.
