Health Services Administrator

June 21, 2023

Emerald Heights is a premier life plan community located in Redmond, Washington! We are dedicated to providing our residents the best senior living experience in the Puget Sound area and offer a full continuum of care from independent living to assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care.

The Health Services Administrator is a key member of the Emerald Height’s senior leadership team and is responsible for the coordination and provision of high quality resident care throughout the Emerald Heights campus; Independent Living, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. We host 16 memory care beds, 40 assisted living beds and 61 skilled nursing beds. It is an exciting time to join a great team as our Administrator. We will be breaking ground on a new Assisted Living building, consisting of 54 1-bedroom units, an upscale dining venue, a salon, living and activity common spaces, and other amenities beginning in August, and we will then plan for the renovation of our skilled nursing and memory care. Joining our team now will give you the chance to be a part of this excitement, significantly impacting the design and programming within the space, and ultimately improve the aging experience for an active and engaged senior population.

Using a continuous quality improvement approach, the Administrator will ensure compliance with Emerald Height’s values, code of conduct, policies and procedures as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. You’ll be joining a team of dedicated and compassionate care givers, focused on meeting our high standards of care, and joining an organization continually investing in itself and its people. Come be a part of something great!
