Under limited supervision from the Campus Executive Director, the Health Care Administrator / Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership, and management oversight of resident services, care delivery, facilities, financials, compliance, and the employee experience for the skilled nursing facility in accordance with federal, state and local standards, laws and ordinances. The Health Care Administrator / Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for planning, budgeting, building community partnerships with healthcare providers, occupancy, new program development, technology implementation, compliance and staff engagement to ensure a culture of continuous improvement and quality care and services for residents and employees.
