Rose Villa is seeking a full time Environmental Services Manager (AKA Master of all things Housekeeping, Laundry, and Janitorial with an emphasis on building teams and leading a diverse group of people) to join our team!

• Supervise 12-15 Housekeepers, EVS Technicians, and Laundry Aides.
• Manage infection control and all other cleaning and related indoor maintenance such as carpet and window cleaning.
• Manage independent living housekeeping and campus wide cleaning schedules, employee schedules, and supply inventory and ordering.

We get it that life is hard right now with COVID-19 in our lives and we don’t really know what’s around the corner. So, we focus on today and the things that are within our control. Rose Villa is committed to providing a safe and supportive workplace. We are prepared with ample stock of PPE and provide ongoing education about COVID-19 and related infection control for all staff.

All staff are tested for COVID-19 depending on the infection rate for Clackamas County.

To date, we have had no spread of the COVID-19 virus on campus.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
• Proven people and customer service management experience
• Creative problem-solving
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and overcoming staffing challenges
• Experience working and communicating with diverse individuals
• Team building and relationship building
• Active listening
• Knowledge about cleaning supplies and equipment, carpet maintenance, and infection control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
• Healthcare or senior living experience is preferred
• Bilingual with an emphasis in Spanish fluency

Wage and benefits:
• This is a full time, salaried position. Starting salary is $41,600-$50,500 per year to start, depending on experience
