We are looking for a Director of Nursing Services (DNS) that is called to serve others, inspires a team to attain and maintain high quality standards, manages and achieves operational targets, and has the ability to build relationships with team members and the community. As a DNS, your passion for care, coupled with excellent RN clinical skills will be helpful in the oversight of personalized resident care.

Join our not-for-profit organization that has provided 95 years of housing and services to seniors with a commitment to quality care and service in a Christian environment. The GSS – Spokane Valley community serves residents who call this their home for both short term and long term care.
We’ll provide customized on-boarding for the DNS to learn the culture of our community and the company, continued opportunities for professional growth and development, and supportive subject matter experts that can help you obtain your team’s operational objectives and goals

Basic Qualifications: 
Current RN licensure in Washington.
Supervisory experience is required. ADON, or DNS experience preferred.
Knowledge of rules, regulations and reimbursement in a skilled nursing/rehab setting.
Compassion and commitment to person centered care and employee engagement
Skilled in team building, and coaching staff to their full potential.
