We are seeking an energetic, organized and compassionate leader. The Director of Nursing will oversee all health programs and services in the Skilled Nursing Facility. You will hold primary responsibility for directing day-to-day functioning of nursing practices in compliance with current rules and procedures while adhering to established regulations and guidelines that govern skilled nursing and CCRCs.

Mirabella Seattle, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of downtown Seattle. We have a bright, modern, and clean environment with updated equipment and resources. The SNF has 46 beds (5 star rated) and is located on our second floor. Qualifications:
Registered Nursing license (RN) from accredited nursing program, college or university.
Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding health care facility operations.
Associate degree in nursing or related field. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Two (2) to three (3) years’ leadership experience in a healthcare environment. Experience as a DNS preferred.
Current and valid CPR. Certification will be required within 90 days of filling position.
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
