We are a non-profit ministry of the Free Methodist Church with 54 years of service to the elderly and the community. We are looking for a Director of Nursing (DNS) to join our Five Star Facility!

The Director of Nursing Services is responsible to direct the daily care services of the facility in a professional manner using resources effectively and efficiently to attain and maintain the highest level of care to residents in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

RN license in good standing required, Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
Knowledgeable in rehabilitative and restorative nursing care and MDS.
Demonstrated success developing and monitoring systems to achieve clinical excellence.
Demonstrated experience in personnel management and strategic planning.
Strong clinical and assessment skills.
Experience in Long term Care
