Director of Marketing

Skyline, a Transforming Age community in First Hill, Seattle, is looking for our next Director of Marketing to join our team and promote our community to the next generation of Skyline residents!

This role will serve a vital function, working with the sales and marketing department to provide big-picture strategy for our marketing and sales team, as well as educate the community, families, and prospective clients on all of the great services Skyline has to offer!

Our Director of Marketing:

• Develops strategic marketing analysis, plan, and budget that helps Skyline secure and maintain high occupancy.
• Ensures that public information and media (website, social media, advertising, brochures, information packets, etc.,) describing the services provided in the community are accurate, up to date, and meets branding guidelines. Maintains adequate supply of printed materials.
• Plans and implements special events that serve to increase sales and enhance positive community relations.
• Provides supervision and supports department team members through training, coaching, motivation, continuing successful growth in their roles.
• Maintains lead tracking system and keeps accurate tracking records on all leads and prospects.
• Promotes the Mission, Vision, and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed!

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations/Communications or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years’ experience in marketing/sales in a Continuous Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with relevant supervisory experience.
• Proficient in lead generation software and tools (e.g., Salesforce,)
• Excellent communication skills across a variety of audiences (internal and external)
• Strong social media marketing acumen and experience.

Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000
