Era Living is seeking a full-time Community Relations Sales Director to become the newest member of our Community Relations team located in our Lakeshore Community, South Seattle/Renton, WA.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Community Relations Sales Director develops, implements, and evaluates the Community’s marketing plan in order to meet all sales and occupancy goals and is responsible for the overall successful execution of the Community Relations Program, defined as meeting or exceeding budgeted lease-up or occupancy goals. This role is also responsible for the Community outreach campaign, managing visits/tours for interested parties, participating in resident move-ins and move-outs, coordinating the admission process for all residents, managing the lead tracking system and participating in the development of special events both on- and off-site.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
• Ability to recognize customer needs, present solutions and close the sale.
• Experience with contact database management and community outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.
