Community Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a Community Relations Coordinator to join our team of dedicated staff and our fabulous residents who call RiverWest home.

ABOUT THE POSITION: Our Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for all community sales and marketing activities for RiverWest. This includes managing marketing-based programs, conducting in-person and/or virtual tours, community outreach and leveraging technology in order to build relationships and obtain prospective residents. Also included in the responsibilities of the position is coordinating special events, gathering appropriate documentation for move-ins and working with our team to ensure a successful and smooth move in for our new residents.

Candidates that are interested should have a minimum of two years’ plus of solid experience in marketing and sales positions; working in a senior living community preferred.

COMPENSATION:$49,920 to $54,080 annually. This position is eligible to participate in a monthly bonus program for move-ins; $500 per private pay (after 30 days of occupancy).
