While you attend your 11 week classes you will be able to work as a Hospitality Aid in our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will qualify for our full benefits package, gaining experience and education. After passing your NNAAP examination you will be promoted to NAC and employed Full-Time.As a Hospitality Aid you will…Our residents appreciate your kindness and compassion, as you assist with their needs:Help with activitiesAnswer call lightsClean out resident nightstandsClean handrails in the care centersClean dirty utilitiesOne on one visits with residentsFill out clothing sheets for new admits and help with medical records if neededAssist in passing dining room traysMake beds and change linenWash wheelchairsRespond to and act appropriately in emergency or disaster situations* Our Aides work closely with our residents, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team* Must appreciate, and be capable of, working as an integrative team member* Reports to Director of Nursing Services, and is supervised / supported by the Charge Nurse and Team LeaderIf you have questions Please Call — 509-526-6813 for more information.*Two year employment contract required.
