Job Description
Horizon House is a community of staff and residents connecting and learning together. We are currently looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (NAC) to bring a smile and help support our residents in living to their fullest potential. Our residents love the staff and you can help make a difference for them!

What You’ll Do

Provide excellent personal care to elders including meal service, eating, bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting and incontinence care, and transfers/mobility.
Check each resident routinely to ensure personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes.
Assist with meeting the emotional, social, leisure, and spiritual needs of elders.
Assist with maintaining a safe, sanitary, and comfortable home for each elder.
Report all changes in elder’s condition to assigned nurse supervisor according to policy.
*We provide CPR, First-Aid, Food Worker Permit, and continuing education at NO COST to you!

We Have Shifts Every Day!

Flexible Schedules
Day Shift – 6:30am – 3:00pm
Evening Shift – 2:45pm – 11:15pm
Night Shift – 11:00pm – 7:30am
On-Call
What We’re Looking For:

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience: 1-year experience in caregiving (preferred)
Licenses/Certificates: Active WA State Nursing Assistant Certification
