$2,400 hiring bonus paid after 90 days of employment, $100 per pay period for 24 pay periods

Helps patients by supporting personal hygiene and daily living needs; providing comfort, transportation, and vital sign monitoring.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Assesses patient condition by monitoring and recording vital signs and weight; reviewing patient    care journal and keeping staff informed.

·        Assists Residents with activities of daily living which may include meals, personal hygiene and adjunct care needs.

·        Records patient information by making entries in the patient journal; notifying agency nursing supervisor of changing or unusual conditions.

·        Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.

·        Protects organization’s value by keeping patient information confidential.

·        Adhering to professional standards, nursing home policies and procedures, federal, state, and local   requirements.

·        Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.

·        Maintains patient confidence by keeping information confidential.

Columbia Lutheran Home is one of Seattle’s most admired care providers. The ratio between CAN and Resident is usually 7 to 1 and as a fulltime nursing employee, after 30 days of employment you are eligible for the $2,400.00 signing bonus. It will be paid at $100.00 per pay period for 24 pay periods. Our wage range is $19.00 to $24.81, depending on years of experience.
