The Campus Administrator is responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership, and management oversight of resident services, care delivery, and facilities of the retirement community. Continuum of care services range from independent living, to memory care, to housing with services (catered living), with plans for the addition of a 36-bed skilled nursing facility. The Campus Administrator is responsible for planning, budgeting, building community partnerships with healthcare providers, occupancy, new program development, technology implementation, compliance and staff engagement to ensure a continuously improving high quality of care and services for residents.
