Ashley Pointe Senior Care Community is currently recruiting for a detail oriented person that can manage all aspects of the Business Office Department for a small assisted living community.
Requirements: Must have experience in basic bookkeeping, accounts receivables, accounts payable and payroll experience. Must be able to operate a computer keyboard by touch and have computer skills that include Microsoft office products (Excel and Word). Position requires a high degree of confidentiality.
Primary functions of this position are:
• Managing and processing billing and collections (AR & AP)
• Daily and monthly bookkeeping using accounting software
• Financial and administrative activities
• New hire paperwork to include background checks, reference checks
• Support for employee benefit programs
• Recruitment of qualified applicants
• Processing payroll and maintaining time clock system
• Workers Comp processing and follow-up
Must possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail, the ability to multi-task with a positive and flexible disposition while providing excellent customer service. Must be self motivated and directed.
