The Associate Director of Resident Care supports the Director of Resident Care and Director of Assisted Living in specific areas of focus. First, this position ensures systems are followed for the optimal quality and well-being of all Assisted Living residents while ensuring compliance with all Washington State Assisted Living and related regulations. Second, this role monitors and maintains the Infection Control Program for assigned residents and aids with Incident Management. Additionally, this role assists in clinical support for admissions, discharges, assessments, and the development of Negotiated Service Plan’s.
