The Department of Social and Health Services has filed an emergency rulemaking notice to extend the suspended administrator training requirements in WACs 388-78A -2524(1), 388-78A-2525(1), and 388-78A-2526(1). The emergency rule expired on August 21st, but has now been extended through December 18^th.  

DSHS has also filed a CR 101 to consider making permanent changes to the administrator training WACs to identify the period of time these rules have been suspended.
