Suspension of Assisted Living Administrator Training Requirements Extended

The Department of Social and Health Services has filed an emergency rulemaking notice to extend the suspended administrator training requirements in WACs 388-78A -2524(1), 388-78A-2525(1), and 388-78A-2526(1). The emergency rule expired on August 21st, but has now been extended through December 18th.  

DSHS has also filed a CR 101 to consider making permanent changes to the administrator training WACs to identify the period of time these rules have been suspended.
