It has been a whirlwind of COVID-19 activity in the last few days, we appreciate all of you who have reached out to let us know how you are doing, and have been happy to answer your questions.  As the news continues to break at a rapid pace, it is important for you to keep an open line of communication with your boards, staff, residents and their family members to assure the community you are doing all you can to prevent and protect against the spread of COVID-19 and to test, treat and manage suspected and confirmed cases.

Here is a sample of a LeadingAge member’s statement offered to us for your use as a template.  Clear, concise and timely updates over the next few days and weeks will be imperative.
