There is some conflicting information regarding the deadlines to attest and provide financial documents.  Our guidance today is that if you received one or more payments from the general distribution by April 24 at 5 p.m. ET, you should attest and submit financial documents for those payments.  You still have 90 days form the day you received the funds to attest and submit financial documents for any other funds you received from the CARES Provider Relief Fund.  If you do not attest, HHS has stated that they will then assume that you are accepting the funds and agree to the terms and conditions.  We recommend that you attest and submit financial documentation for each round of funds you have received as soon as you are able.
