Residential Care Services (RCS) will be contracting with a corporation to provide complaint investigations in adult family homes (AFH) and assisted living facilities (ALF) from April 2023 through June 2023. They are using the contracting services to address the outstanding complaint investigations backlogged by the pandemic.

The contractors are qualified to conduct investigations in Washington and will be oriented and trained on ALF and AFH regulations. RCS Field Managers will oversee the contracted complaint investigations throughout the state.

Upon entrance for each unannounced complaint investigation, contracted professionals will provide you with an introduction letter.
