This year LeadingAge partnered with NRC Health to conduct a Wage Survey for our members. The information from the survey is a valuable benefit to our members and can be used to help guide decision making for employment and budget development. Understanding competitive wages can also help with recruiting and retaining employees in this challenging workforce environment.

Those who participated in the survey received the results directly from NRC Health at no cost. For those who did not participate, the survey will be sold on the LeadingAge Washington website for $250 for members, and $350 for non-members.  Order here
