MORE!
The 2022 LeadingAge Washington 71st Annual Conference & EXPO presents us with the opportunity to come together in person to share, network and learn. The safety of conference attendees is LeadingAge Washington’s top priority.
We are proud to be partnering with Accushield as our 2022 Annual Conference & EXPO Health Screening Partner.
Our health protocols are in accordance with expert guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Infection (CDC) and in alignment with Washington health mandates and policies.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Laura at LHofmann@LeadingAgeWA.org
Vaccine Verification
LeadingAge Washington is committed to creating a safe and healthy event by requiring all attendees to verify vaccination from COVID-19.
While LeadingAge Washington encourages all attendees eligible to get a booster to do so before attending the conference, we are defining full vaccination as 2 weeks after completion of a two-dose mRNA series or one dose of Johnson & Johnson/Janssen vaccine. Each registrant will be asked to upload proof of vaccination on to the Accushield Vaccine Verification Portal. If you do not upload your proof of vaccination before you arrive at the conference, please go to the vaccine verification desk located near the Registration desk. You must have proof of full vaccination to be permitted entry to the conference.
Click HERE to upload your vaccine information prior to arriving in Spokane.
LeadingAge Washington is making accommodations for those attendees with verifiable medical or religious exemptions. If you wish to request a waiver to the vaccine verification policy, please have your company email an attestation of an approved exemption they have on file to lhofmann@LeadingAgeWA.org. If you have an exemption, you will be required to supply your own tests and test daily, as well as wear a KN95 or N95 mask when at the conference. (This includes speakers/presenters)
Negative test results or the presence of antibodies is not an acceptable alternative to vaccine verification unless you have an approved medical or religious exemption on file with LeadingAge WA. Those who do not have proof of vaccination or a company approved medical or religious exemption will not be permitted entry into the meeting.
Letter of AttestationIf you have any questions, regarding our vaccine verification policies or procedures, please email lhofmann@LeadingAgeWA.org.
Based on the latest CDC recommendations, we are only requiring masks be worn by those with exemptions on file. If you are up to date or fully vaccinated, masks are optional. In education sessions, speakers may also choose to wear a face covering. Here is the Center for Disease Control (CDC)’s latest mask guidelines and information.
We will maximize options for physical distancing as much as possible throughout the event.
Enhanced cleaning is a high priority throughout the event.
