It may also include the exploration of technology enhancements that inspire us to rethink the future of aging services, especially as artificial intelligence begins to alter how we manage clinical data, staff recruitment, sales processes, and more.
- Operations, Finance, Strategy & Leadership — Sessions may explore critical business functions that drive success in the aging services industry. Topics cover best practices and innovative approaches that drive lead generation and occupancy, expand fundraising and grant opportunities, or explore new revenue sources and business models. Sessions should equip attendees with ideas and tools for optimizing organizational and financial performance, strengthening board relationships, or enhancing resident satisfaction for long-term growth and sustainability.
- Insurance & Risk Management — Sessions may cover a diverse range of mission-critical topics, including emergency planning strategies for natural disasters or active shooter scenarios as well as the handling of targeted cyberattacks and resident financial scams.
